ILA brings our kids’ learning to life.
Our top priority is giving our kids the best education possible. Ignite Learning Academy helps make that happen. Here’s how.
[Hint: It’s online school, not homeschooling]
Brooklyn and Colt are getting an incredible world-schooling experience through our travels, but we still think it’s important to pair that with a formal curriculum from an accredited U.S. school. ILA is a private, K-12 online program that offers students around the world an incredible learning experience and unmatched flexibility for families.
And real teacher instruction is the foundation of ILA’s program.
When we tell people that our kids are in online school, they often cringe at the thought of having to manage their own children’s lessons during a busy workday, but that’s not even close to how this works. Every school day, our kids can sign onto their online classrooms and participate in live lessons along with their classmates. When our time zone, travels, or other activities prevent live interaction, our kids can simply watch the class recordings afterwords. And whether our kids are in the live daily lessons or not, their teachers are available for daily “office hours” and on-demand one-on-one instruction whenever students need it.
(Hey, remember those awful online school experiences we all had to deal with at the beginning of the COVID lockdown? That’s what happens when a school that’s built around in-person instruction tries to facilitate online learning. Since ILA is focused exclusively on online instruction, the experience is smooth, intuitive, and streamlined.)
Why We Love ILA
A real, U.S. private school education (without those private school prices)
“Once we decided to transition Brooklyn and Colt out of our state-sanctioned program, I spent the better part of a year researching the best online schools. The only name that kept rising to the top of the list was Ignite Learning Academy. Their program literally checked every single box. Now that our kids are enrolled, Phil and I feel like they’re getting quality education and quality socialization—without us having to compromise the quality of our travel lifestyle.”
